I spent 20 years as an Administrative Assistant and later as a business development coordinator in Corporate America in various industries where I developed strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, timely responsiveness, and knowledge of the market. Transitioning to the real industry was natural for me because of my experience assisting expatriates and their families relocate to the United States from all over the globe and gives me a special advantage in understanding the challenges of moving to a new country or state and the importance of a trustworthy, dependable and knowledgeable Realtor. With 20 years in the industry first as a mortgage loan officer and then a real estate agent, my role is not just a realtor, but a target marketing specialist to my sellers by exposing their homes to the most opportune buyers. To my buyers, actively working to build a list of potential homes that meet your specific needs that may not always be in the MLS. I moved from my hometown of Brooklyn, the New York to the Houston area 42 years ago and have seen the tremendous development of the real estate market. I must say that Houston offers reasonable real estate and makes it affordable for a large percentage of families to own their own homes. I have been married for 33 years to my sweetie, Perry Williams and have two adult sons. My greatest ambition is to educate my clients in every aspect of real estate.
